These terms apply when you buy from shazday.com, which is run by Shazday Fruits Pvt Ltd, Main Bazaar, Hussainabad, Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products
Our products are natural foods, so their size, colour and taste vary from batch to batch. Product photos show the packaging, and the contents may look slightly different. Product pages and packs list ingredients. Please check them if you have an allergy: our range includes tree nuts (almonds, walnuts, apricot kernels).
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and include all taxes. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order, plus the delivery charge shown at checkout (see our Shipping Policy). We may change prices at any time, but not for orders already placed.
Orders
After you place an order, you’ll get an email confirming that we received it. We may cancel an order and let you know if a product turns out to be unavailable, if a price was clearly shown in error, or if we can’t reach you to confirm a cash-on-delivery order. If you’ve already paid for a cancelled order, we refund you in full.
Payment
We currently accept cash on delivery: you pay the courier when your order arrives.
Delivery, returns and refunds
We deliver within Pakistan. Delivery charges and times are in our Shipping Policy. Damaged, wrong or missing items, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details private. You’re responsible for orders placed from your account.
Our responsibility
We take care to describe our products accurately and to deliver them in good condition. If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under Pakistani consumer law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts at Skardu have jurisdiction over any dispute.
