We deliver Shazday products to addresses within Pakistan. We don’t ship outside Pakistan at the moment.
Delivery charges
- Standard delivery: Rs. 250 per order, anywhere in Pakistan.
- Free delivery on orders of Rs. 3,000 or more, counted after any discount.
The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
When your order ships
Orders are packed and dispatched from Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan, within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
How long delivery takes
Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days of dispatch. Remote areas, bad weather on the Karakoram Highway, or courier delays can add a few days. We’ll contact you if your order is held up.
Courier and tracking
We ship with a trusted courier partner. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send the tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp.
Cash on delivery
You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready if you can. We’ll call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before we dispatch it.
If you’re not home
The courier will try to contact you on the phone number you gave at checkout. They will try to deliver twice. If the parcel can’t be delivered after two attempts, or is refused, it comes back to us and the order is cancelled. We may stop offering cash on delivery to customers who refuse orders repeatedly.
